Our holiday homes
Our holiday homes are located in some of Scotland's most beautiful areas. They include a six bedroom fully restored Georgian townhouse in Perth, a one bedroom apartment in an 18th century monastery tower overlooking Loch Ness, a seven bedroom converted farmhouse and steading set in the middle of the East Perthshire countryside, a three bedroom apartment in the heart of Edinburgh's world famous New Town and a Georgian converted mill overlooking Loch Tay. All of our properties have stunning locations and distinctive character and are designed to be as comfortable as your own home.
Please look at the slide shows for each property below. Each property also has its own dedicated page on this website giving you further details of its facilities and location.
A six bedroom, Georgian townhouse in the centre of Perth.
Built in 1797 and fully restored in 2012, it is fabulously located in a Georgian crescent overlooking the North Inch park and the River Tay. The Concert Hall, shops and restaurants of Perth are just a few minutes' walk away. There are two reserved parking spaces on Atholl Place itself for exclusive use of our guests.
Sit down with the newspapers in the formal drawing room, check your emails in the study, settle down in front of TV in the family room or soak up the evening sun in the garden room. For those who prefer more energetic activities, try your hand at pool or table tennis. The large fitted kitchen leads directly into the dining room with seating for 12. The garden to the rear is fully enclosed and safe for children.
A stunning and unique one-bedroom apartment with the best view of Loch Ness.
It has a private location on the top floor of St Benedict’s Abbey, a Victorian monastery that has been converted into luxury apartments, now known as the Highland Club.
Stylishly decorated throughout, the tower is a wonderful romantic getaway. The open plan living / dining area has a series of beautiful stone arch windows providing panoramic and unrestricted views of the loch, mountains and the Abbey itself.
Take the stairs up past the original quatrefoil windows to the master bedroom, with a wrought iron king size bed, and en-suite bathroom.
Easter Bendochy House
A beautiful seven-bedroom converted farmhouse and Victorian steading.
Enjoy a luxury stay in Perthshire's countryside. Set in two acres of gardens and surrounded by farmland, the house has a hot tub, games room (complete with a full size snooker table) and its very own cinema.
Easter Bendochy House comprises the main house (sleeps 8) and two apartments (sleeping 4 and 2 respectively), all set around a courtyard parking area.
The house itself faces south, overlooking the Sidlaw Hills. The River Isla is just a 5 minute walk from the garden gate.
A converted 200 year old mill on the banks of Lawers Burn and overlooking Loch Tay.
With beautiful countryside all around and the magnificent Ben Lawers behind, Lawers Mill is a charming place to explore North Perthshire from. There are walks you can do right from the house itself suiting all levels of ability. Loch Tay itself is an easy 10 minute walk down the hill.
Freesat TV and high-speed wifi will keep you in touch with the modern world but, with a wood burning stove sitting on the original grinding stone and many of the mill's workings still in the ceiling, this is a wonderful place to get away from it all.
