The light and airy drawing room has twin, elegant windows and original marble fireplace with ornate cornicing throughout. As well as the comfortable sofa and chairs, there is a desk, storage chest and bookcases. The TV has Sky channels and there is also a DVD player.

There are three large bedrooms – two double and one single. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed. There is a second bedroom with a double bed. The third bedroom, which doubles as a library with wall to ceiling bookcases, has a single bed. There is a bathroom with toilet, bath and basin vanity unit and also a separate wet room with overhead shower.

Gas fired central heating makes the apartment cosy throughout. The apartment is wonderfully located and gives you the chance to experience the Edinburgh lifestyle.
